◎简　　介

　　2003年，中国入世一年后，温州的两位从事传统轻工行业的企业家侯三寿和黄瑞挺，一家做服装，一家做鞋，都面临着企业要做强做大必须转型升级的困境。黄瑞挺一直佩服头脑灵活、大胆的侯三寿，多次提出合作，优势互补，共同发展，侯三寿不仅瞧不起他，并且屡屡出言讽刺。侯、黄二人在邀请克林顿当形象代言人、收购酒店、开发西川河工业园及LED、光伏等高新产业上展开了激烈竞争，彼此有输有赢。侯三寿贪大求快，盲目发展，一味扩张，结果在金融危机的剧烈冲击中，资金链断裂，遭到重创破产。侯三寿的刚愎自用，也令他与妻子林佳来的感情和婚姻濒临破裂；而黄瑞挺却在抓住发展契机，壮大企业，扩大市场份额的同时，时刻保持警醒，求稳求实，在金融危机来临时，顺利应变避险。他们不忘温州人互帮互助的美好传统，在党和政府的强有力领导下，全力救助倒闭的企业。身处逆境的侯三寿，仍不忘翻身还债，历经波折，终于在家人和黄瑞挺的帮助下，使倒闭的企业起死回生，开始偿还债务，重塑“诚信”二字的精魂。他们的后代黄小威、侯小帆因小时候父母忙于创业缺少关爱，变得叛逆、冷漠，经历了这些风风雨雨的磨炼，虽然走的路不同，但都成长为有担当、有做为的新一代温州企业家，成为振兴温州企业的新生力量。
